Daystar Hood Cowl

The Hood Cowl kit that is made by Daystar will allow you to add a dramatic sense of style to you Jeep.  The kits consists of hood louvers that have been custom fit and they add ventilation to your engine compartment in order to keep the temperatures there at a lower level.  Included in this kit is a vent template that is meant to be used to guide you in the process of cutting holes in your hood but it is recommended that this installation be completed by a professional. 

These vent slats have been made from hard, durable polyurethane and as such, they are incredibly resistant to deterioration from salt as well as UV rays and other types of pollutants.  They are also resistant to flexing, scrapes and chips.  They also come with a warranty.
